Call for Proposals for Partner Agreements for Civil Society Organizations under the Strong Civic Space for Equality and Women's Empowerment Project (CFP – TUR – 2025-01)

UN Women Türkiye invites women’s rights/women-led civil society organizations (CSOs) and other relevant rights-based CSOs legally registered and operating in Türkiye to submit project proposals under this Call for Proposals.

This Call for Applications is launched within the framework of the “Strong Civic Space for Equality and Women’s Empowerment” (Strong Civic Space for Gender Equality-Phase II) project implemented by UN Women Türkiye with the financial support of the European Union.

UN Women will award one Partnership Agreement (PA) to a civil society organization (CSO) to contribute to the achievement of the project Output, “Women’s rights groups, women-led CSOs, other rights-based organizations have enhanced operational, normative and programmatic capacities and strengthened sense of community around common goals as part of a larger network of UN Women supported organizations through principled and demand-driven financial and technical support.”

The selected Responsible Party will design and implement an initiative that strengthens the civic and political participation of young women. At the same time, it should address the growing risks and consequences of technology-facilitated violence against women (TF VAWG) in public life, ensuring that young women are equipped with the skills, tools, and support systems needed to participate safely and confidently in both online and offline civic and political spaces.

Applicants may submit only one proposal to this call.  Applications should be made until the deadline and with all mandatory annexes.

Application deadline: 5 January 2026  Türkiye midnight time.
